You can not get Mew with the Mew trick in this game. You could get a friend that has two to trade one over to you or I think you can trade one of emerald and I think you can get one of colleseum

You must use an action replay or game shark, or trade form a friend who has it.

You don't get Mew in that FR/LG, sorry! You can get him in Emerald if you have an Old Sea Map from a Nintendo Event or use warp codes with an Action Replay.

The only way I know is to use a cheating device like gameshark or action replay.
(its the easiest way)
