Question for Pokemon LeafGreen
Ok so I beat the game, and I just want to know where to get raiku in leaf green. I can't seem to find it in the wild. .....and yes I did start with a squirtle. Any advice where to find a raiku?

It is completely random, and will appear anyway. So there aren't really any topis we can give you. Just keep looking!

You just need luck. Raikou is found at random so there is no specific place to look for.

Don't worry I had the same problem but he will just pop up at any randome time.

He goes from grassy area to grassy area as you change routes or enter a city from a route, etc. So, the best way is to load up on Max Repels and go to the small area at the top of the bike path and run around in it for a while, then go out of the route and then back and repeat until he shows up!!
Make sure your 1st Pokemon in the party isn't above level 40 since it will repel all those under the 1st pokes level and Raikou will be at level 40.
When you run into him-also make sure you can keep him from fleeing after you run into him so make sure your 1st poke has an ability(Arena Trap is one example) or move(and is fast!) to prevent him leaving!
