To get Espeon you have to have a strong friendship with Eevee from 12:00P.M. To 11:59P.M., and to get Umbreon you have to have a strong friendship with Eevee from 12:00 A.M. To 11:59A.M.

Yes their is. To get Espeon you must train Eevee during the day. It's the opposite for Umbreon you have to train Eevee during the night to get it.

It is you need to max out eevee's happiness it reaches this around 44-55 if you evolve it during the day you get espeon at night umbreon. You also need the national dex to evolve eevee into these forms
