You need the national dex and to have got the ruby and sapphire to celio on island one and have two wireless apadapters before you can trade from Pokemon leafgree/fire red to Pokemon emerald/ruby/sapphire.

You need to have the Sapphire and the Ruby.

Well you need to get the Ruby and Sapphire in Fire Red and in Leaf Green then you can trade.

You have to obtain the ruby and sapphire on the sevii islands to trade to R/S. I'm not sure though if this enables you to trade to emerald.

Give the Ruby and Sapphire gems to Celio on One Island. You should be able to trade with Emerald as well as Ruby and Sapphire then.
