Where can a Wobbuffet be found(besides trading)?? Cuz I want a Wynaut.
Where can a Magmar be found(besides Trading)??
How do I get an Espeon or Umbreon?
Where do I get Blast Burn?

Wobbuffet can be found in Cerulean cave.
Magmar can be found on 1 island at Mt. Ember.
You can trade them from Collosseum or Evolve the eevee you get from the Celadon Mansion.
Up north of 2 island there will be a house, in that house there will be a woman and if you have Charmander, Charmeleon or Charizard first in your party she will teach it Blast Burn.

Wobbuffet is in the Ruin Valley and Cerulean Cave, Magmar is in Mount Ember and the Pok�mon Mansion, Espeon and Umbreon come from friendship with Eevee on Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald between 12:00 and 23:59 for Espeon and 00:00 and 11:59 for Umbreon, and Blast Burn is taught to Charizard if it has reached level 50 at the woman's cottage on Cape Brink on Island 2.

Wobbuffet can be found in the cave where Mewtwo can be found.
And remember that to get Wynaut you have to make the male Wobbuffet hold Lax Incense.
Magmar can be found in Mt. Ember. A little bit rare, though.
You have to trade w/ ruby and sapphire for Espeon and Umbreon.
When you have a Charizard that really likes you, go to 2 Island and go north. Talk to the old lady. Charizard must be the first one in your party.
