How in the HELL do you get deoxys without going to one of those retarded events, I have niether the time nor the patience to wait for someone to load that shit into my game pack.

The only other way to get Deoxys is to use a cheat system to get it. If you don't have one, buy one, go to an event (which I know you said you don't want to) or don't get Deoxys.
