Zelda Fan answered:

Yes train them.

PokeMayhem44 answered:

Okay first put a bad Pokemon you want to train out on the field, before anyone attacks switch out the bad Pokemon to a strong pokemon. Then finish the battle then your bad Pokemon will get EXP.

PS: please rate me!

annefranman52 answered:

Use exp share so two of your Pokemon grow at the same time. Or just spend a lot of time on them, training.

nintendo_dude answered:

Well you can:
Train them normally using the VS Seeker.
Put a weak pokmon in front, then as soon as battle starts switch to a strong one.
Use Experience Share.

KnockEmDead1996 answered:

Train them at Victory Road or have a good Pokemon battle while the Pokemon that needs training is holding an Exp. Share.

I hope this helps.
