Sorry my first answer didnt answer your ques. Four is pokedex complete. Nothing happens except your freinds can veiw your trainer card and see you have gold

Well you get stars when you beat the elite four and every time you beat the elite four lorelei adds a new doll to her collection thats really what they are for.
