Hey - these are some vey important questions and if you know em then your Pokemon can get boosted big time!
1.where do you get the lucky egg and what Pokemon has it along with what are the odds of it having it?
2.Hey does the pokeflute awaken Pokemon in your party that are in SLP condition outside of battle?
3.pokerus...yes this..one...tell me ALL you know or are willing to give about this!
4.is it possible to get the macho brace in fire red and leaf green?
If you now these and are willing to give it in then your Pokemon can't get officially max stats that are cheat free!

1. The lucky egg is just the name of the Togepi egg. Did you mean Lucky Punch? You get those with Chanseys 'cause they are the only ones who can use them.
2. No. Just go to a wild Pokemon battle and use it.
3. That one is confusing. Check other submitted questions.
4. Nope. Unless you use cheats or trade it from R/S/E.

Im here to solve your problem of pokerus.
Pokerus is rare and hard to catch. It increases the (i think) ev points. I.e. Killing a wild diglett gets a speed ev (increases your spped by 1) but a infected Pokemon gets 2 ev. Check out the hints section, look for me and you should find out everything you need to know.
