You can't unless you use cheats or get them from someone else.

UNLESS you become a loser and use an Action Replay to get more Master Balls, you can only get one Master Ball.

You could always use a cheat, but cutting grass doesn't help you find Master Balls.

Get an AR or GS and thats it. There used to be a replication sequence but they got rid of it.
