Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

My friend did not know who the fifth gym leader in Pokemon Leaf Green was so I went onto the internet to show him.

I typed in 'gym leader 5 pokemon' instead of Sabrina and a picture of an old bold man standing next to Plusle, Minun and two other Pokemon with a multiplication and division signs for tails.

I clicked on it and I found out it was the fifth gym leader of a new region callled the Nago region. I think it is fake put I just wanted opinions of other people.

You go on it and look for yourself. Is it fake? I think it is.

Actually, I think that is the new region for Diamond. I could be wrong. I'm 90% sure.

It is totally up to luck besides the only regions I now are:
LF/FR/PL:kanto sevii islands
EMRLD/RBY/SAPP/PL:hoen
Emrld:battle frontier

Coll/xd:orre

Omega gold/utima silver/gold/silver/platinum:johto

Platinum:icen,kanto,battle isle,johto,hoen,pokemon league icen tournaments!
