Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I am not sure what levels my Pokemon should be for taking on the improved elite four. Here is a list of my Pokemon, their moves and stats. Could someone please tell me what level I should get them too.

Dragonair Level 45
Moves: hyper beam, body slam, waterfall, twister

You should get them at least at 70 because it will be easier for you I had all my Pokemon in the 70's when I beat the elite four it only took me one try.

Ok um.... I still haven't beaten this leaugue and I've beaten every game but you should get them to like lv65 ea caus that wht lv my blastoise is and she always almost beats it.

Dragonair : get rid of Hyper Beam.

Pidgeot: not really a good choice for where you are in the game. I suppose the moveset is basically as good as it gets. I'd drop it for Ninetales as you could do with a Fire type.

Alakazaam: well I personally don't think Future Sight is a good move for the Elite Four. Drop it for Calm Mind.

Blastoise: get rid of Rock Smash and teach it Skull Bash if you can.

Golem: I wouldn't recommmend using a Rock pok�mon for the Eilte Four. It will lose against Lorelei, Bruno and Agatha for sure. Drop it for a Grass type such as Victreebel.

Raichu: I like this guy. Keep him.
