The Ruby is in the cave that the Rocket members are guarding at the foot of Mt. Ember.

Mount Ember. Look for two Rocket Grunts at the base of the mountain, defeat them, and enter the hole. You must have obtained the National Pok�dex and received your directive from Celio first.

The Ruby is in Mt. Ember. From the entrance go right. You should find two Rocket Grunts that are blocking a tunnel they have dug. Wipe them out in a battle as you would normally do. Now go into the tunnel. Follow the path until you come to a gem. That gem is the Ruby. Now pick it up and go give it to Celio.
