How do you get Alakazam? I've already got Kadabra level 95.

Kadabra( like graveler or haunter) evolve only when traded. Also some evolve when given items to hold (ie. Onix+Iron Coat+Trade=Steelix)

Trade him with another person not somebody from the game. You won't get it back if you do.
