Please could somone tell me how to get deoxys or any other rare Pokemon without a gameshark or action replay thing or nintendo thing please !

There is no way to get deoxys or the other super rare Pokemon without a game shark, action replay, ETC.!!!!!!!!!!

The only way I know how to get the other than AR or GS(which don't usually work any way) is a Nintendo event and the only place I know that still does that is in NYC. However you could always check the Pokemon website. Also if a freind has them. Other than that there is no other way...
