1) Where can I find the gym that gives me the Marshbadge?
2) Where can I find a Dratini?
3) Where can I find a Mewtwo?

Hi!
Marshbadge: Sabrina's gym, Saffron.
Dratini: Game corner or Super rod in the safari zone
Mewtwo: Cerulean cave.

2.Dratini is found in the safari zone.

Sabrina (Saffron City) gives you the Marsh Badge, Dratini is found by fishing in the Safari Zone, and Mewtwo you must seek out in the Cerulean Cave after you recover the Ruby and Sapphire.
