Where is Articuno?

Yes, you can get Kabuto.But you have to pick the fossil in Mt.Ember,then have it ressurected in the Lab in Cinnabar Island.

I'm not sure if you can trade with Emerald,because I have my National Pokedex in Leaf Green(caught 60+ Pokemon and seen Prof. Oak)and retrieved the Ruby and Sapphire.I think you have to beat the elite 4 in emerald.But you can battle in the colisseum before you trade.But I'm not positive.

The idea is to push down two certain boulders into holes until it reaches the bottom, thus stopping the water current and then making it possible to surf. Once you are in water, surf north and there you go! Articuno is waiting for you.

To get Kabuto, you had to choose the Dome Fossil in Mt. Moon, then you would have to go to Cinabbar Island and go in the Lab and have one of the Scientists revive Kabuto from the fossil. Did you chose the Helix Fossil?

To get to 8 Island and 9 Island, you have to go to a Nintendo Event in places like New York Times Square, which is held once a year, with the Mystery Gift option in your game. Once you activate it, you have to go up to this machine, select Aurora/ Mystic Ticket and viola! You now have access to 8 & 9 Island. To open the door in the back of the house, you to activate Mystery Gift with a friend, then go there, and something happens. I don't think you hace access to the room.
