Is there an easier way to get Kangaskahn, Chansey, Scyther, Tauros without using any devices? If not.... Do you have any hints for catching them?

I think you might have to get him in a trade or the Safari Zone
Chansey
I think a girl gives it to you for a trade, I'm not sure where
Scyther
You can by him at the game corner for 600 coins, I think
Tauros
In the Safari Zone
