Please will someone help me as I am on island one and not as far on as all use.
I don't no what to do in the cave as I keep going up and down the same stairs please please please help thanks.
it says i have to push rocks into water but there is no rocks that move.

Are you in the cave which the Rockets were guarding? Well, there are no rocks or water there. All you have to do is get the ruby there. If you're in the cave going to the top of MT Ember, all you have to do is go straight up, and you'll find Moltres. If you're in the Hot Springs Cave, well there isn't anything to do there except get HM06.
