1. You can fish Dratini up in in main section of the Safari Zone (I think you can also buy it in Celadon City, but I might be wrong...).
2. Zapdos, Dewgong, Alakazam, Charizard or Ninetales, Two others of your choice...
3. My favorite moves are Hydro Cannon (or whatever the move that the lady on two island teaches you is), Ice Beam, Earthquake (I'm pretty sure Blastoise can learn this), and Bite.
4. I'm not sure what to suggest for items... If you have a Focus Band, use that. Use Kings Rock, assuming you haven't traded a Pokemon with it...

1.You can buy them from the Game Corner or fish in the Safari Zone with a Super Rod.
2. Any team will do. Make sure they are at a high level (level 55 or more)
3. Hydro Pump, Hydro Cannon, Blizzard, Skull Bash
4. Have alot of potions and make sure you stock up on revives.

2) mewtwo lv 87 , blastoise lv 86 , tyranitar lv 75
