Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

On Pokemon Leaf Green and Fire Red, how do you get Pokemon like feraligator (spelling) because you can't trade from Gold, Silver or Crystal. Can you find the Gold Silver and Crystal starter Pokemon in the wild?

P.S. Are there any cheats that aren't for the AR, Gameshark or Xploder?

Cross Stinger answered:

You either have to import their evolved forms from Colosseum or get the starters from Emerald after completing the Hoenn Pokdex.

TubaDude42 answered:

Unfortunately, you cannot catch them in the wild... You must have completed Pokemon Colliseum to trade their secondary forms (Bayleef, Croconaw, and Quilava), along with many other gold/silver/crystal pokemon.

ranyone answered:

In Pokemon Colosseum you catch Bayleef, Quilava and Croconaw and tranfer them to your GBA version, then make eegs of them and make the evolutions of them. (this way I have mine)
Now I know recently, if you in the emerald version finish the Hoen Pokedex you have the three or one of them I don't know certanly.
