Most people keep saying about a truck near S.S.Anne. What are they talking about and please tell me how to do it.

There isent a truck near the S.S anne and also anyway you don't have surf at that momment in the game anyway (inless you catched a Pokemon that knows surf but you have to have Koga's gym badge to use it),

People say that if you go to that truck and use strengh on it a Mew is supposed to appear, but it doesn't work.
To get to it you hav to trade a Pokemon from Ruby, Sapphire or another Leaf Green or Fire Red game who knows the move cut and beat L.T Surge and keep beating gym leaders untill you can use surf and go to the S.S Anne and use surf.
