I don't play Pokemon Global Revolution, but it seems to play just like any other Pokemon Game. I would imagine you could access your Pokemon in the PC Boxes by using the PCs in any Pokemon Center.

Go to a poke-center PC and log on to someones pc.

Just check the PC of any Pokemon center and withdraw any Pokemon if you have full Pokemon then firts deposit it
