Start your game over it's your only chance to get out of the islands.
P.s. Trade all of your valuable Pokemon into another Pokemon game and get them back when you are able to handle the level they are on.

Your game is glitch BECAUSE you where supposed to go after you got your Volcano badge.

Get the Ruby and give it to Celio, and he will give you the Rainbow Pass so you can book passage to Island 4, 5, 6, and 7.

You have to get 60 Pokemon in you pokedex then you have to go to professor oak

Catch 60 Pokemon and then go to professor oak he will give you a ticket to sail to the first three islands

I'm on the seventh now and I'm not sure what to do if you no later on please tell me.
