1.I need Help for attacks with my team Charizard lv100 Flamethrower..

1) Get rid of all the status effecting/boosting moves. They aren't very good and it's better to just attack mostly and use hyper potions if they are low on HP. It's what I do and I got very far with it.

3) Try to weaken it down to a very low HP. Then use an Ultra Ball to catch it. DO NOT use the Master Ball because you'd best save that for Mewtwo if you don't already have him.

I don't do too much team rating, but I'll answer the others:
2) NO!!! Except for Deoxys-you'd need a Aurora ticket from a Nintendo event to get to Birth Island to get him, so it might as well be unavailable-LOL. Trade Jirachi from someone who got a legal one in R/S from the Colloseum bonus disc is the only "Legal" way for him. Emerald is where you can get Mew(and Deoxys, Ho-oh, Lugia), with Nintendo tickets from an event. Celebi-beats me-no idea. [Unless you cheat, then you can get them all-that's why I do, because I can't get these silly tickets!! ; ) ]
3) Much like catching Latios/Latias-they move from one area to another each time you change areas or go into buildings. Use a Lv 40 or slightly lower poke in position #1 and Max Repels and keep trying to travel the grassy areas until he appears. And unless you have a Masterball to throw, use Wobbuffet maybe(Shadow Tag ability), so he won't be able to flee from battle before you catch him, or put him to sleep immediately-use Quick Claw to ensure you get 1st turn. He'll only appear on the mainland-not the islands-so keep looking and pick a spot where you can change routes or go into a building easily to move him around to your location eventually. Ok first off for you should get rid of flamethrower for BlastBurn(move tutor on 2nd island). Iron tail is ok and rockslide but you should change hyperbeam for earthquake.

2) Lapras:
IceBeam is ok. You should get rid of sheer cold for Thunder. Perish song is ok and so is surf

3) Pikachu:
All moves are ok

4) Steelix:
Iron Tail,crunch, and hyperbeam is ok. You should get rid of slam for Earthquake

5) Sceptile:
Ok sceptile needs to change all moves changed except for LeafBlade.Cut should be change for QuickAttack. Detect Should be erased for EarthQuake.False swipe should be erased for MegaDrain

6) Alakazam:
All moves are perfect.

I know you can catch Deoxys(i dont know how but it says you can in my pokemon firered and leafgreen book)I know you can get Jarachi you have to have a gamecube and the pokemon colliseum bonus disk and the gamecube cablecord. I dont know about Celebi and mew.

Ok a perfect strategy for catching suicune is when you run into him have a Pokemon faster than suicune and has destinyBond and hypnosis(I recommend Gengar or Haunter) use DestinyBond and he wont be able to run and then use hypnosis to make him fall asleep then weaken him and try to catch him.
