Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

First of all, thank you for the suggestions on my team. Im training Tyranitar now but I haven't chose any water Pokemon.

Well here's my question...

How do you get the following moves:
Dragon Claw
Hydro Pump
Petal Dance
Megahorn
Cosmic Power

Do you get it in TMs?
I need Dragon Claw for my Dragonite and Petal Dance for my Venasaur.

Need answers ASAP! Thanks in advance!

There are no tm for those moves, but the best water Pokemon will be Miltoic.

When you train this Pokemon you'll get a very high sp.def so electric attacks won't hurt it as much.

PS. To get Pokemon you must trade from Ruby or Sapphire.

nintendo_dude answered:

I don't think you can get them. I've never found them. Perhaps you have to trade.
