How do you get deoxys without using a cheating devise. Example not an action replay not a nitendo event and stuff like that. Please answer as soon as possiple. I really need to know.

YOU CAN GET DEOXYS. IT'S VERY COMMON KNOWLEDGE.
You need to download an AuroraTicket from a Nintendo Event. Use it to go to Birth Island. Solve the puzzle there and Deoxys will appear.
