Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

What is a good Pokemon team and best moves to teach them....

So far I have:

Lv.100 Charizard
Wing attack
Fly
Flame thrower
Blast burn

Lv.93 Jolteon
Double kick
Thunder wave
Thunder bolt
Thunder

Lv.92 Dragonite
Wing attack
Flame thrower
Dragon claw
Outrage

Lv.82 Heracross
Megahorn
Reversal
Counter
Brick break

Lv.69 (Starmie)
Psychic
Surf
Thunder bolt
Recover

Lv.60 Rhydon (still needs work)
Brick break
Rock blast
Earth quake
Horn drill

Also I Don't want any Legendary Pokemon
I want it Legit Thanks:D

I think your Pokemon Team is great! The only thing I could suggest to do to it is Level-Up all of your Pokemon to Level 100 and to have your Pokemon not know two moves of the same type (Charizard knows two Fire-Type Moves).

Hmm yes but what should i teach in replace of blast burn? That's what i want to know...
I wanted to know "best" moves to teach my pokemon

Here is what I would suggest:

Charizard: Replace Blast Burn and Wing Attack with Earthquake and Double Edge.

Dragonite: Is fine.

Jolteon: Replace Thunder with Shadow Ball.

Heracross: Replace Counter with Take Down.

Starmie: Is fine.

Rhydon: Replace Horn Drill with Megahorn. Replace Rock Blast with Rock Slide.

I love that team but can you change your Charizard's wing attack into heat wave(can be taught by move tutor)
