In celadon citys rocket game corner, I am able to get the lift key,then go to the ist floor,and then in front of the lift.but I am not able to enter it.how do I do that

You need the Elevator Key in order to use the Elevators in Team Rocket's Celadon City Hideout. The Elevator Key can be found on the Fourth Lower Floor of Team Rocket's Celadon City Hideout. After you have the Key, you should be able to use the elevators by simply clicking on them.
