What you should do is go to Celodon Departmant Store and buy two more moves (Thunder) and whatever eles you can get.
Take the Dito out of your team and replace him with some other strong pokemon you have.
Start with Mewtwo and keep using thunder buy some Hyper potions and use them as needed. After Lori go to the next person and use phsychic keep using that until you win.
Use some revives if mewtwo dies and you might need some eithers if you run out of PP on phsychic other than that you should be able to win easily.
Don't use that rotation thing I tried it and faild misrably. Hope it works for you.

I think you should add more moves to Ditto. Otherwise you have a good chance.

Vapor, Get Rid Of Water Fall, Aurora Beam & Bite & Give It Ice Beam, Rest & Haze & Give It A Chesto Berry
Moltres Give It FlameThrower, Hidden Power Grass, Toxic & Recover
Mewtwo, Give It Psychic, Calm Mind, Ice Beam, Thunder Bolt or Flame Thrower
