Where do you find the gym leader blaine because the door to his gym is locked and how do you get articuno because the currents are too fast.

You first need to have the Key to the gym which is found at the old mansion, to get articuno and stop the waves, you need to push two boulders in the hole and go down and you will not flow with the currents.

To get into blains gym you have to go in the mansion to the left of the gym and search for the key

1.The key is in the Pokemon Mansion next to the gym.
2.Push the two boulders down the hole. You do not actually ride along the currents to where Articuno is.
