1) You will have to get the aurora ticket though a Nintendo event if it is to faraway from you then you need a cheat device like Gameshark or Action replay.

2) You mean the mystery ticket same as the aurora ticket you will need to go to an Nintendo event or use a cheating device a Gameshark or Action replay.

3) Rhyhorn will evolve in to Rhydon at level 42.

4) Pupitar will evolve in to Tyranitar at level 55.

5) Moonstones can be found in these areas 2 of them are in Mt. moon the other one is hidden you will have to use a item finder to get it. The third one can be found in the secret rocket base in the hidden wall entrance of Celadon city Game Corner. If you found them all then you can't get anymore only be using a Gameshark or Action replay or some form of cheating device.

6) Sorry that question does not make sense if you ran out of events and things to do in the game did you try getting all the pokemon to finish the pokedex?

7) You can get Mew in a Nintendo event or get it through i hacker device like Gameshark and Action replay and so on.

9) This is associated with the Mystery gift you have to go to an Nintendo event use the Mystery gift option and upload that event into the game from one of the Nintendo event places.

10) Well you said that you have been to Seven Island and the Pokemon Tower so you have been to the rainbow islands. The term rainbow islands means the seven sevii islands that is all.

11) You can only get Raikou if your starter pokemon is Squirtle. You will have to encounter Raikou in the grass randomly only in the Kanto region once you encounter it Raikou will be at level 40. When you do encounter it then come the hard part you will have to catch without it scaring you away with the move roar. First thing you should do is have a pokemon that knows the move mean look Zubat, Golbat, and Crobat all know this move. Use it on Raikou it will provent it from fleeing. Even though you prevented it from escaping from you but it could still scare you away so once you used mean look to trap it in battle then use a pokemon that knows the ability treat "Soundproof" pokemon like Loudred and Exploud know this ability treat this will make you immun to all types of sound attacks including roar then there is no way for it to escape. Good luck catching it you only have one chance to get it if you defeat Raikou and make it faint then it is over you can't get it again you will have to start a new game.

12) Depending upon which starter pokemon you use then you will get one of the dogs for that one starter pokemon you picked.
a) If you picked Bulbasaur then you will encounter Entei after you beat the game.
b) If you picked Charmander then you will encounter Suicune after you beat the game.
c) If you picked Squirtle then you will encounter Raikou after you beat the game.

13) Kanto is the region you been playing in since you started the game.

Even if you beat the Elite Four a hundred times there will still be no rare pokemon there except for Mewtwo.
