Ok

New moves is what you need all over your team. Strategy is the key. Don't hate me for this but raise your levels. The Elite Four's pokemon are levels 51-60.

Charizard:
Ok get rid of strength its not that powerful and put earthquake this is a good move it have the advantage over pokemon types that Charizard is weak against like electric, rock and other fire type pokemon and it is more powerful then strength. Now for slash you don't need it it's not that good of a move on Charizard put return(if it loves you) or frustration(if it hates you) depending upon your pokemons emotions for you the move will become more powerful. Get rid of wing attack and put fire blast one more fire attack won't hurt.

Primeape:
Looks good now just get rid of low kick and put counter when you get hit by a physical type move and don't faint this will give your foe double the damage he did to you.

Pigeot:
For this one get rid of gust it is a very weak move and put still wing in it's place. Do away with fly and put return(if it loves you) or frustration(if it hates you) not only will it get powerful by the emotion they Pigeot feels for you but since it is part normal type and return and frustration are normal type moves Pigeot will get a 1.5 power boost for those moves.

Weepinbell:
Ok for starters "GET RID" of cut it is a very weak move you don't need it since you got past the part of the story you needed it and put in it's place sludge bomb this is a very powerful move it gets a 1.5 power boost since Weepinbeel is part poison and the move is a poison move. Next get ride of vine whip this is another weak move replace it with giga drain this will suck energy from your opponent that is being targeted by this move.

Dragonair:
Twister, slam, and dragon rage are all weak moves get ride of them and put in there places ice beam this is good against a lot of types like grass, rock, flying, ground and other dragon type pokemon. Next move should be thunderbolt for Dragonair because it can whip out other water type pokemon. For the last move you should give it hyper beam only use this as a last resort. the point is to give dragonair as many different type of moves as possible so he will be strong against many other types of pokemon.

Aerodactyl:
good for the last to moves make it rock slide and earthquake.

Ok I will have to be honest with you and I am not being mean but i will give you the truth overall score 4/10 you have the right idea change the moves and level up you pokemon more before taking on the elite four keep up the work.

Charizard - nothing wrong here
Primeape - Lose focus energy and replace karate chop or low kick with a stronger move.
Pidgeot - replace gust with sky attack, lose fly, featherdance, try getting stronger moves.
Evolve Weepinbel into Bellossom or Victreebell
Evolve Dragonair into dragonite and learn outrage.
Ouch... i'd get rid of aerodactyl but you are training it... do what you want on that one,

Strength isn't a good attack for charizard.
Agililty isn't a good attack for arodactyl.
And remove dragonairs surf and replace with it for example dragonbreath because sometime it paralyzes the oppoments pokemon.
