I know you can in gold, silver, and crystal.
Is it possible in leaf green?

Yes it is Possible, Snorlax needs to hatch from an Egg so, to do that you need a male & a female snorlax or a Male snorlax & a Ditto.
Thats all the info I know about it learning curse I don't know what level it learns curse either.
