To get the aurota ticket , you must perform mystery gift.
when in some poke marts you might find a questionare on the counter.
( The questionare looks like a regular piece of paper) press A when you are infront of the questionare and put these words in the 4 word input"LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL"the shop owner will then say " you know these words ?
Then you must know about the mystery gift. you should save the game then you will be able to use it " after saving the game and turning it off then on mystery gift will apeal on your main menu.
( IN ORDER TO DO THE NEXT STEP , YOU MUST HAVE ANOTHER PLAYER ) click on mystery gift but make sure you have a wireless adapter or game cable link pluged in (your friend should do the same) I haven't quite checked out.
What happens on mystery gift but i think you talk to your friend and somehow, you get the aurora ticket.
Once you get to 8 and 9 island you can catch deoxys.

The only way to get aurora/mystic ticket is to go to Pokemon rocks America or to use an action replay code.
Which at the moment I have but can't find my codes.

All you have to do is to get an ar and get the code for when you go into a door you are on the Island. it is on this site.
