The required tickets, the Aurora and Mystic, must be obtained via Mystery Gift in conjunction with an E-Reader at a Nintendo-sponsored event. You may want to check your public programming or newspaper for locations of such events.

You have to go to a special nintendo event and use mystry event and you will get two differant tickets for islands 8 and 9.
