Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

What levels should my team be when facing the elite four second time?

My team is:

Gyrados - Hyper Beam, Dragon Dance, Surf, Waterfall
Venusaur - Frenzy Plant, SolarBeam, Cut, can't remember fourth
Raichu - Thunderbolt, Dig, ShockWave, Strength
Butterfree - Psychic, Psybeam, Silver Wind, Flash
Articuno - Fly, Steel Wing, Ice Beam, Blizzard
Moltres - Overheat, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Fly

Any suggestons would be great except for get rid of a fly.

The levels should be 60+

Garados: hyper beam, dragon dance, earth quake, hydropump
Venusaur: Toxic, leech seed, giga drain, subsitute
Raichu: never put dig on an electrice type! EVER Shockwave doubleteam strength brick break
butterfree: psychic silver wind sleep powder dreameater
Articuno: Mind reader, sheer cold, ice beam, steelwing
Moltres: only one fire attack please, fly, endure any other move

Make sure they are at least level 60 if you want to beat the Elite Four easily.

Anyway your team is great.
