You can get deoxys from ar but not Jirachi.
Anyway just go super cheats then go pokemon leaf green.
Then select action replay codes. Then look for the code you want then it will tell you step by step.
You get deoxys at level 30.
Oh, when you do the cheats you can also go to navel rock were you get lugia and ho-oh both level 70.
