Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

This is my team, I'm nearly at the point of fighting Koga, where is a good place to train, please give your thoughts:

Raichu: level 32
thunderbolt
strength
shock wave
flash

Pidgeot: level 38
Fly
Aerial Ace
wing attack
substitute

Kadabra: level 35
Psychic
Psybeam
Recover
Teleport

Blastoise: level 37
Water pulse
Surf
Water Gun
Bite

A good place to train is the Islands 1, 2 and 3 but if not up to there just go either side and battle the trainers but if past that and can get into Victory Road go there. Where you are in the game I would give your team a 7/10.

I'll rate your team 6/10, I would say battle other trainers over and over again until you have reached the desired level of your pokemon.
