Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

Hi again.

I'm not sure to go back to the E4 because I heard that they get stronger when you first beat them.

So here's my team and could someone tell me if I should change my moves, train my team more or other pokemon I should take.

(I have the 3 legendary birds)

Team is as follows:
Tyranitar lvl56
Crunch
Rock Slide
Scary Face
Thrash

Blastoise lvl66
Bite
Blizzard
Hydro Cannon
Skull Bash

Pidgeot lvl 53(got two. This is the weak one)
Wing Attack
Featherdance
Fly
Quick Attack

Dragonite lvl73
Surf
Wing Attack
Blizzard
Can't remember the fourth,currently at Day-Care

I know it's a dumb team and moves,so if someone could help,it would be great.

Be back soon...........

For Tyranitar, replace Scary Face with Hyper Beam or Earthquake.

For Dragonite, replace Wing Attack with Thunder.

innocent addict answered:

The Elite Four Pokemon do get older. Lorelei's Pokemon are around 63 to 66, and those are the youngest in this round.

All the other league members Pokemon are around those levels and the oldest Pokemon are around level 70, and they belong to your rival. NONE of the league Pokemon are over 70.

shiny zapdos answered:

Tyrannitar-a great pokemon, although I'm not found of rock types, but why the scary face? Teach it another ground or rock move-earthquake or fissure for example, to take advantage of its attack powers. I'm not keen on thrash either, so perhaps give it an iron tail in place of that.

Blastoise-good, however blizzard's accuracy and PP leave a lot to be desired, so give it a more reliable and stronger ice beam. Also, skull bash could be traded for another water move, such as water pulse or surf.

Pidgeot-a mint pokemon, with a good moveset, but I'd change the weak wing attack for an aerial ace.

Dragonite-very good; when it comes out of the daycare, give it a fire move, probably fire blast.

For the certainty of whooping the new and improved elite four's butts, train all your pokemon to level 80, because if memory serves me correctly, the strongest pokemon they have belongs to your rival, who has a tyrannitar on level 75.

I would also strongly advise taking a powerful electric type into the elite four residence too, as it really helps against Lorelei. I would take a level 80 raichu with iron tail, thunder, thunderbolt and possibly a quick attack.

A fire type wouldn't go amiss either, so if I was you I'd evolve a growlithe into an arcanine and give it fire blast, flamethrower, earthquake and magnitude.

Hope I helped, and believe in yourself!!!!!!!!
