Can someone please tell me how to make the dude in front Cerulean cave move!!!
I've beaten the pokemon league like he said, but what else do I have to do ???

I'm not sure...
I went to the islands, completed the network machine, got a couple of stickers from the Braggart person and then he wasn't there anymore.

Have you kicked the rockets of Icefall cave (island 4) and their warehouse (island 5)?
After that Lorieli should go back to the leauge.
Beat them again (They have higher levels and new pokemon) and you should be aloud into the cave.

Well,after defeating the E4 have 60 or more Pokemon in your Pokedex and talk to Professer Oak and you will get National Dex, than you can go in the cave.
P.S:The reason you need the National Dex is because there are Wobbufet
in the cave
