Go surf to the south from fushia city and you will get in a cave ...
In that cave you will find Aricuno
Aricuno is weak against fire!

Articuno is in the Seafoam islands to get there you surf down from Fuscia and to find Articuno you have to solve a simple boulder puzzle.

You can find Articuno in one of the islands which can be accsessed once you have beaten blane, the 7th gym leader.
I think Articuno is on island 4 or round there, I am not completely sure but I hope you find him soon.
