1. HM07 Waterfall can be found in icefall cave on Four Island.
2. Cerulean Cave opens once you have beaten the Pokemon League.
3. First you must get the Aurora ticket. Use it to get to Birth Island.
4. You "magically" get the Berry Pouch when you find your first berry.

For mewto you have to beat all the gyms then Elite 4. Go to theve talk to the guy then thats it!
