To catch a Slowpoke...

I want to catch a male and a female Slowpoke so that I can get a Slowpoke egg. According to the Pokedex, they are all over the place, but I can never find one in the long grass. Is there a particular time of day that is best for catching Slowpokes? Does any one have any tips?

Go to the safari zone in Fuschia City. Walk over to any body of water and use SURF! If you surf around for a while, a wild SLOWPOKE will appear. Good LUCK!N.J

Thanks, I found loads of Slowpokes in the Safari area after all. And the man in the lodge in the far corner of the Safari area gave me the move SURF. I found the Warden's GOLD TEETH in that area too.

the slowpoke lives in the water, you must surf around the water before you meet one
