Where in the game can go to delete Hidden Moves?
The game will not let me migrate any Pokemon who know Hidden Moves. Where in the game can I go to delete these Hidden moves?

The Move Deleter will take care of those moves. I believe you can find him in Saffron City.

the move deleter is in fuchisa city beside the pokemon center.

Some Pokemon games has a move deleter like Pokemon Emerald. If I'm not sure, emerald version is not the only one that has a move deleter in that game. Hope it helped.
