Are there another islands except all Sevii Islands? If yes, then how to get to there? If no, well then just that what my questions. Please answer the truth.

Island 8 can be accessed only by a Nintendo event/e-reader.not too sure about island 9,probably the same case

There aren't any in Leaf Green unless you go to Nintendo Event that enables you to go to some...other islands for Deoxys, Ho-oh, Lugia, Mew and friends.
Sorry, I don't know the names of the islands, but they're tiny anyway.
