At the start of my game when I turn it on Venasur comes up I click continue and it says the save file is corrupted.
Is this a glitch? Has anybody had this before? How do you get rid of it and I can't beat the Pokemon league and when I
eat it it doesn't save?

Thats no glitch! Your save file is corrupt because either you turned your GBA off while you were still saving , the batteries ran out while you were still saving or your game is screwed up!
Sounds like your game is messed up big time-sorry to say! *sob* I feel for you, really. Hopefully you have you receipt(or if you pre-reserved it, they'll have you on file) from where you got it, because I'd bring it back and make them give you a new one, especially since you can't have had the game that long(less than 90 days!)so they should do that for you! Ask for a manager, if necessary.
Don't let them take advantage since you're a kid(i'm guessing), or bring your more aggressive parent or other adult.
Don't back down, it's not you're fault, it's nintendo's, and it's their job at the store to deal with that. Good Luck!
If you don't have receipt or cannot deal with the store for some reason, you can try to contact Nintendo since it is under warranty, but that will be a bigger hassle.
Ok, if it happens every time you do that then try taking the game out and blowing on the part that has the indentation in it.
If that doesnt work then try blowing dirrectly into the gameboy where you put the game in.
Hope it helps.
