Where is a place to find gravler very often?
About what level are your Pokemon ready to battle the first wave of the Pokemon league?
Where is a good place to train high level Pokemon?

I don't know about GRAVLER but I think your POKEMON should around lv. 50-60 or higher when you reach the ELITE FOUR, and the best place to train high level POKEMON is the UNKNOWN DUNGEON.

ROCK TUNNEL, CERULEAN CAVE, ONE ISLAND AND SEVEN ISLAND, are the only places to find graveler. But they are rare anywhere. I would just get a GEODUDE and evolve it. As for the elite 4, train your Pokemon to 80,70, or 60 if you want to blow your opponents away or 50if you want to have a long match. Make sure you have a raichu with you and it has to know and electric attack. You should destroy lorlei, agatha and lance. Train them at Pokemon mansion in cinnabar isle or one island. Hope this helps
