To get the Aurora Ticket you need to fill out a form in any Pokemart with (Link together with all) then the clerk will tell you to save the game and turn it off then you will see a mystery gift in the continue area.
Check it and pick wonder cards, it will tell you that you don't have one, just ignore it then you exit and continue your game. Go to a Pokecenter and go to the top floor a guy in a green suite will give it to you!
