Where can you buy a Gameshark, Action Replay or any other cheating device? I really want one!!!!

Well I could never find one either, but try looking for one on ebay or some local hardware stores like Radio Shack, or other computer places. Ebay would probably be your best option.

YOU DON'T NEED GAMESHARK JUST GO TO VIRIDIAN CITY AND TO TALK TO THE OLD MAN THEN GO TO CINNABAR ISLAND FACING SEAFOAM ISLANDS JUST USE SURF HALF WATER AND HALF LAND THEN IF YOU SEE A POKEMON NAMED "M" DON'T CAPTURE IT JUST RUNAWAY OR BEAT IT BUT IF YOU WANT TO CAPTURE IT THEN JUST NICKNAME IT JUST THE NAME OF THE POKEMON AND MAKE IT EVOLVE I DON'T KNOW WHEN IT EVOLVES BUT IT WILL ONLY EVOLVE ACCORDING TO IT'S NICKNAME I HOPE IT WORKS THANKS FOR READING
